Keep delivery on track
Every job from the first enquiry to the final invoice, with the quote and the brief attached.
Workflow software for service teams
When a customer rings for an update, somebody should be able to answer without walking out to the workshop.
Track40 is a board your team drags jobs across. Mark a field required and the job will not leave that column until it is filled in, so the next person starts with what they need instead of a phone call.

Columns are stages. Cards are jobs.
Whoever picks one up next sees the owner, the details and how late it is.
Sound familiar?
“Who’s got this one?”The board says, so nobody has to do a roll call.
“Did the approval come through?”You made it a required field, so the job could not move without it.
“How long has that been sitting there?”Every stage has a clock. Past it, the card goes amber.
One job, all the way through
An order is ready to go out. The purchase order number is missing.
Track40 checks the fields you marked as required. No number, no move. The job waits in Review until somebody fills it in, then moves with everything attached.
Enquiry, review, fulfilment, invoice. Use whatever your team already calls them.
A quote, an approval, a PO number, a photo of the damage.
Drag jobs across and fill in the fields. The board becomes the status update.
You decide what is required.
What it looks like on a real job
A six-bay workshop running six stages, from booked in to ready for pickup. The data is sample data, on the real board.

Start with one process
Start with one workflow. Set its stages, put a real job through it, and see whether the board tells you the truth.
Every job from the first enquiry to the final invoice, with the quote and the brief attached.
Take them through a public form. Each one becomes a card you can follow to the end.
They stop being an email in somebody’s inbox. Make the field required and the job cannot leave Review without it.
Bring your own agent
Track40 has no built-in AI and sells no AI credits. Point the agent you already use at your pipes. If it can make an HTTP request, it can read jobs, fill in fields, move cards and leave comments, under the same rules as everyone else.
How bringing your own agent worksAgents use the API like any other integration. 5,000 calls per editor a month are included, pooled across the team.
Mint a token that can only read cards, or only comment. Revoke it the moment you are done.
Agent writes go through the same validation as a person in the app, and every change is in the activity feed under the token’s owner.

US$12USD / editor / month
Monthly usage allowances apply, and extra usage comes out of a prepaid wallet you top up yourself.
Full pricing and allowancesIf your work moves through the same stages every time and each person needs something from the one before, yes. You set the stages and the fields. Track40 just refuses to let a job slide past a missing answer.
No. Stages, fields and rules are all set up in the app. If you want to push data into another system, that is where Zapier, Make, the API and webhooks come in.
Yes, and the import runs in the background so nobody is blocked while it works. Structure, cards and supported automations come across. Automations arrive switched off, and anything without an equivalent is listed so you can rebuild it, along with validation rules and time limits. Do that before you move the team.
Nothing charges, because no card was taken. If you keep going it is US$12 an editor a month, viewers stay free, and the monthly allowance is spelled out on the pricing page.
