Track40 checks the fields you marked as required. No number, no move. The job waits in Review until somebody fills it in, then moves with everything attached.

  1. 1
    Name your stages

Enquiry, review, fulfilment, invoice. Use whatever your team already calls them.

  2. 2
    Pick what each stage needs

A quote, an approval, a PO number, a photo of the damage.

  3. 3
    Work the board

Drag jobs across and fill in the fields. The board becomes the status update.

Is this a fit for my team?

Track40 fits repeatable processes built around stages, fields, owners and handoffs. If you use Pipefy, list the capabilities your team relies on and test those first. The importer moves structure and cards; automations and integrations you rebuild by hand.

Do I need to write code?

No. Stages, fields and rules are all set up in the app. If you want to push data into another system, that is where Zapier, Make, the API and webhooks come in.

Can I bring a process over from Pipefy?

Yes, and the import runs in the background so nobody is blocked while it works. Structure and cards come across. Automations, validation rules and time limits you rebuild. Do that before you move the team.

What happens after the free trial?

Nothing charges, because no card was taken. If you keep going it is US$12 an editor a month, viewers stay free, and the monthly allowance is spelled out on the pricing page.
