Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Track40, provided by Track40. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms; if you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must be entitled to act for any team you create or join.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to systems, or exceed plan limits through circumvention.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance; metered overage is billed in arrears per the published rate. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you put into the service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate it on your behalf.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
